“The Plenary Assembly will be held in Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, in 2024. This will be a two-tier celebration as ACWECA will be marking 50 years since its inception,” said Sr Sakayombo.

The ACWECA President has since urged regional and national executives to spread the word and prepare members for the milestone event.

“We, therefore, invite each other, especially as Chairpersons and Secretaries General of the National Associations, to take back the message to our national Conferences and beyond and put the associations in the mood for prayer and intensive preparations for this great event in our region,” Sr. Sakayombo said.
