AR: الله يعمل في البساطة على الدوام: في بساطة العمل اليومي وفي بساطة الصلاة؛ أما روح العالم فيحملنا على الغرور والمظاهر وهذه الأمور تقودنا في النهاية إلى العنف.
（3）“你們悔改吧！”，意味著“改變生活”（瑪四17），因為新的生活方式已經展開。為自己而生活的日子已經過去，協同天主並為了天主、與他人並為了他人、以愛並為了愛而生活的日子業已開啓。#四旬期
IT: “Convertitevi”, ovvero “cambiate vita” (Mt 4,17), perché è iniziato un modo nuovo di vivere. È finito il tempo di vivere per sé stessi, è cominciato il tempo di vivere con Dio e per Dio, con gli altri e per gli altri, con amore e per amore. #Quaresima
PT: “Convertei-vos”, isto é, “mudai de vida” (Mt 4,17), porque começou um modo novo de viver. Acabou o tempo de viver para si mesmo, começou o tempo de viver com Deus e para Deus, com os outros e para os outros, com amor e por amor. #Quaresma
EN: “Repent”, in other words, “Change your life” (Mt 4:17), for a new way of living has begun. The time when you lived for yourself is over; now is the time for living with and for God, with and for others, with and for love. #Lent

FR: "Convertissez-vous", ou bien "changez de vie" (Mt 4, 17), parce qu'une nouvelle façon de vivre a commencé. Le temps de vivre pour nous-mêmes est terminé, mais le temps de vivre avec Dieu et pour Dieu, avec les autres et pour les autres, avec amour et par amour, a commencé. #Carême
PL: „Nawracajcie się” lub „przemieńcie życie” (Mt 4, 17), gdyż rozpoczął sie nowy sposób życia. Zakończył się czas życia dla siebie samych, rozpoczął się czas życia z Bogiem i dla Boga, z innymi i dla innych, z miłości i dla miłości. #WielkiPost
