Rome street cleaners' Nativity scene
Giuseppe Ianni shows us the intricacies of the Street Cleaners' Nativity Scene, and describes how people from around the world have taken part in one of Rome's most famous Christmas cribs.
The creche is owned and cared for by AMA, Rome's trash collection company. It is located just a stone's throw away from St. Peter's Square, at Via dei Cavalleggeri 5.
As Giuseppe Ianni says in the video, the Nativity scene contains over 1,400 different stones donated by pilgrims from all over the world.
